Gift Cards are delivered by email, which contains instructions of how to redeem the Gift Card at checkout.
Please note that we do not issue physical gift cards. The gift card will only be sent to you by email.
Our Gift Cards have no additional processing fees and cannot be refunded. FITBERRY gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can only be used at www.fitberry.no.
Fitberry is based in Norway, but we ship across the EU with DHL Express.
Duties, taxes and delivery costs are always included in your checkout total so there will be no additional customs fees or surprise charges upon delivery.
You have 14 days from the date of your order to request a return or exchange through our returns and exchange page. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
